Our Role
OMBO Corporate Markets is a commercial intermediary and introducer. We identify corporate acquisition opportunities sourced through specialist third-party providers and counterparties, coordinate qualified introductions, and support purchasers and professional intermediaries through the commercial process from initial enquiry to transaction.
No Regulated Financial Services
OMBO Corporate Markets does not provide banking, payment, investment or other regulated financial services. OMBO Corporate Markets is not itself licensed or authorised by any financial regulator, and nothing on this website should be read as suggesting otherwise.
Third-Party Regulatory References
Where this website refers to a regulatory registration, permission or authorisation, such as a FINTRAC MSB registration, an AUSTRAC registration, an FSP registration, an FSCA licence, an SPI registration, or a VASP affiliation, that reference relates to the relevant third-party corporate entity or opportunity, and not to OMBO Corporate Markets. Acquiring a Regulated Entity Does Not Remove Ongoing Obligations
Where an opportunity involves a company holding a regulatory registration or authorisation, acquiring that company does not, on its own, satisfy every applicable regulatory obligation. Purchasers remain responsible for their own ongoing compliance, reporting and notification obligations, including in respect of change-of-control procedures, following completion of any transaction.
